What we text you about
When you request a quote or book a shipment and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive texts from us about:
- Your quote and questions about it.
- Booking, carrier assignment and the driver’s pickup window.
- Pickup, transit and delivery updates.
- Occasional follow-ups if your quote is still open.
How often
Message frequency varies with your shipment, usually a few texts per milestone. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm. Reply HELP for help, or call us.
Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile carriers
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
