What happens after you request a quote, and what we need from you at each step.

Request your quote
Tell us the pickup and delivery locations, vehicle and timing. A coordinator checks current carrier rates on your route and emails a total price with carrier insurance included.
Your part: About two minutes on the quote form.
Book and get a carrier assigned
After you book, Ocean Blue Auto Transport and Ocean Blue Logistics Inc. verify carrier authority, insurance and safety record, then assign a carrier. You get the driver’s pickup window.
Your part: Confirm dates. Payment is due only after assignment.
Pickup and inspection
The driver calls ahead, inspects the vehicle with you and notes any existing damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). You get a copy before loading.
Your part: Be there, or send someone 18 or older, with the keys.
Transit and delivery
Your coordinator keeps you updated. At delivery, compare the car to the pickup BOL, sign, pay any balance due and take your keys.
Your part: Inspect, sign and receive your vehicle.
